| Kristy Adler co-founded Cruise Fairs Of America in 1988. Kristy's expertise on training
issues and employee relations were key to the rapid growth of the company. She
earned the respect of her customers, suppliers and employees with her knowledge,
kindness and sense of humor. With her calm manner, she made much of what she did
look easy -- but it rarely was that easy. She trained a sales force that
averaged over $1 million per employee. She ran a shipping and documentation
department that sent out over 15,000 cruise tickets annually. She ran an
accounting department that handled a high volume of transactions with precision
accuracy. She has always been strong and unyielding in her demand for excellence
and professionalism in others. She achieves results by first demonstrating those
attributes in her own behavior. |
| After leaving Cruise Fairs Of America/Travel Services International in 1999, Kristy worked on many of the larger consulting projects at Adler International Consulting Group. She has also devoted substantial time and energy to charitable and school organizations close
to her heart. |
| Kristy's creativity, ingenuity and
enthusiasm have energized the creation of Cruise and Resort, Inc. She
applies her skills to achieve synergies within the various company divisions,
and develop the standards and systems necessary to successfully operate a highly
efficient and service-oriented corporation. |
